Book purchased as a gift for my husband. He was thrilled with it and is still enjoying it. Beautifully put together and includes interesting facts pertaining to the filming and locations for Lonesome Dove, as well as the actors/actresses.

This is one of those books that you keep forever. The pages are not only filled with pictures, but wonderful information about the characters, the actors, and people behind the scenes. Anyone who loves watching "Lonesome Dove" will appreciate this book.

I find that this book can be at your side to view the wonderful scene of Lonesome Dove, as you recall the various great scene of the stories and it's ventures through the various parts of the countryside. And the great shots of the horses crossing the river. It's a great book of photos album.

This book is a masterpiece of photos for anyone who is a Lonesome Dove fan. The beauty of the photos and my personal love of the old west brought tears to my eyes. I am buying several more for LD fans in my family as it is a treasure to own!
